Six years ago, we lost a great man to a battle with cancer. A huge asset to the clubs that provide racing in northern Nevada. He never got wrapped up in politics or the agendas of others. He focused on the job at hand and providing the best help any club could ever ask for. By far a leader in himself for what he offered and did through out his time as a member. In his passing we came up with the Trainor for those who stood out, went above and beyond the call of duty. Out of respect his number was retired, 39R.
In a time of honoring him and another's like him in their efforts an award was named after him. Its given to those who stand out in a crowd and go above an beyond the call of duty. His legacy will live on with the OTHG Reno Chapter.
Harry Trainor 39R, gone but not forgotten.
Godspeed.
